This job entailed the Refurbishment of 55 Upper English Street and extension at rear to bring the building up to current legislation. The front façade was repointed by S McConnell & Sons, new windows were installed, roof slates and lead work were replaced. The external of the building was dismantled and rebuilt to form a three story office accommodation.
